Let op: De bachelor International Communication Management is niet volledig in het Engels. Indien je enkel wil instappen in het Engelstalige gedeelte (overeenkomstig met 1 academiejaar) heb je expliciet de toestemming nodig hiervoor van de opleiding op basis van een eerder behaalde bachelor. - Je moet ten minste één leerjaar in het Nederlandstalig secundair onderwijs met vrucht hebben voltooid; of

- Je moet geslaagd zijn verklaard voor een opleiding of voor één of meerdere opleidingsonderdelen met een totale studieomvang van ten minste 60 studiepunten in het Nederlandstalig hoger onderwijs; of

- Je moet beschikken over een certificaat van kennis van het Nederlands afgeleverd door één van de partners van de AUHL; of

-Je moet beschikken over een certificaat waaruit blijkt dat je tenminste het ERK-niveau B1 (of hiermee gelijkgesteld) bezit (voor graduaatsopleidingen) of het ERK-niveau B2 (of hiermee gelijkgesteld) bezit (voor bacheloropleidingen).

- You must have passed a program or one or more course units with a total study load of at least 60 credits in Dutch-language higher education; or

- You must have a certificate of knowledge of Dutch issued by one of the partners of the AUHL; or 

- You must have a certificate proving at least the ERK-level B1 (or equivalent) (for associate degree programs) or the ERK-level B2 (or equivalent) (for bachelor programs).

a. een Vlaams diploma van het secundair onderwijs (ASO, TSO, KSO of BSO 7de jaar) uitgereikt tot en met het schooljaar 2024-2025 of een diploma secundair onderwijs, onderwijskwalificatie niveau 4, uitgereikt vanaf het schooljaar 2024- 2025;

b. voor Nederlandse studenten: een diploma VWO, MBO 4 of een propedeuse succesvol behaald hebben

c. ten minste één leerjaar in het Engelstalig secundair onderwijs met vrucht voltooid; 

d. geslaagd zijn voor een opleiding of voor één of meerdere opleidingsonderdelen met een totale studieomvang van ten minste 60 studiepunten in het Engelstalig hoger onderwijs; 

e. beschikken over een certificaat waaruit blijkt dat men tenminste het niveau B2 van het Europees Referentiekader (of hiermee gelijkgesteld): 

i. TOEFL iBT (globale score minimum 72), 

ii. IELTS (globale score minimum 6)

iii. certificaat van een CVO (treshold B2 Engels)

iv. Duolingo English Test (globale score minimum 105)

a. a Flemish secondary education diploma (ASO, TSO, KSO or BSO 7th year) awarded up to and including the 2024-2025 school year or a secondary education diploma, educational qualification level 4, awarded from the 2024-2025 school year onwards

b. for Dutch students: a VWO, MBO 4 diploma or a successfully completed propaedeutic year

c. at least one year of English-language secondary education successfully completed;

d. have passed a programme or one or more programme components with a total study load of at least 60 credits in English-language higher education

e. have a certificate demonstrating at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (or equivalent): 

i. TOEFL iBT (minimum overall score of 72)

ii. IELTS (minimum overall score of 6)

iii. certificate from a CVO (threshold B2 English)

iv. Duolingo English Test (minimum overall score of 105).

Bij het legaliseren van een document bevestigt een ambtenaar de echtheid van een handtekening op dat document.
Een gelegaliseerde kopie is NIET synoniem met 'een voor eensluidend verklaarde kopie', een dergelijke kopie stelt enkel dat de kopie identiek is met het origineel document maar zegt niets over de echtheid van de handtekening(en) van de ondertekenaars op het origineel.
Uitzonderingen: In sommige gevallen is de legalisatie niet vereist. Het land waar het diploma werd uitgereikt heeft "The Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents" (1961) ondertekend. In dergelijke gevallen volstaat de "Apostille". Om te zien of uw land de conventie heeft ondertekend en te zoeken wie er in uw land bevoegd is om de Apostille te plaatsen, ga naar de officiële website: The Hague Conventions on Private International Law.

Deze landen zijn vrijgesteld van volledige legalisatie: Duitsland, België, Denemarken, Frankrijk, Griekenland, Italië, Luxemburg, Nederland, Portugal, Ierland.

When legalising a document, an official confirms the authenticity of a signature on that document. A legalised copy is NOT synonymous with ‘a certified copy’, such a copy only states that the copy is identical to the original document but says nothing about the authenticity of the signatory's signature(s) on the original. The legalization is done by the Belgian Embassy in the country where the degree was awarded. There are some exceptions where an “Apostille” is sufficient. To know which countries signed the convention and who is certified to apply an apostille in your country, you can go to the official website of The Hague Conventions on Private International Law.

These countries are exempt from full legalisation: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland.

A legalized translation (by a sworn translator) of diplomas from secondary education or higher in Dutch, German, French or English

A statement from the embassy (embassy in the country of origin or embassy of the country of origin in Belgium), a university or authority from the country where you obtained your diploma,  stating that the submitted certificate grants access (similar) to university studies at home.

Sommige studenten moeten voor hun verblijfsvergunning een bewijs van voldoende bestaansmiddelen kunnen aantonen. Deze procedure kan indien gewenst via Hogeschool PXL verlopen in de vorm van een geblokkeerde rekening. Uiteraard staat het je vrij om voor een andere procedure te kiezen los van de hogeschool. 

Some students must be able to demonstrate sufficient solvency in order to obtain their residence permit. If desired, this procedure can be carried out through PXL University of Applied Sciences via a blocked account. Of course, you are free to choose a different procedure independent of the university.
