Embed an Upload Page on your website
Use an Upload Page for a reusable website form. A Workflow recipient's personal link belongs to that person; do not use it as a public website embed.
Get the code
- Save your Upload Page, then open Share.
- Expand the embed-code section and copy the generated code.
- Paste it into an HTML/embed block on your website and publish the page.
- Test the published page on desktop and mobile with a small sample file. Check the submission and any connected cloud destination.
The embedded form uses the same fields, access settings and destination as the hosted page. Test the hosted link first if an upload fails in the embed.
WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and other builders
Use your website builder's custom HTML or embed block. This applies to WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy and Jimdo; the block's name and availability depend on the builder and plan. Paste the generated code as HTML, not as visible text or a normal link.
If the editor strips scripts or disallows embeds, use a button linking to the hosted Upload Page, or ask your site administrator which embed blocks your plan permits. The published page can behave differently from the website editor's preview.
Fix spacing or a clipped form
After changing the form, copy its current embed code again and update your website. Check the width and height restrictions on the surrounding website block, especially on mobile. Avoid a fixed-height container that cuts off fields or the send button.
Forms loaded after the page opens
A site that inserts content dynamically may not run an embed script again when navigating between pages. Test a direct page load and navigation from another page. If only the direct load works, ask your developer or support to check how the embed is initialized. Include your published page URL.
