Is this worth it for a one-off upload?
If you only need an occasional file, a basic upload link may be enough. File Request Pro is built for regular collection—when organizing uploads and following up becomes part of the job.
How many files can I receive?
There is no file-count limit for submissions through a reusable Upload Page, whether you share the link or embed it on your website. Your plan’s per-file size, storage and bandwidth limits still apply. The maximum size per file is 1 GB on Lite, 5 GB on Pro and Team, and 10 GB on Enterprise.
How many Workflow requests do I need?
Only count the clients you want File Request Pro to email and remind until they complete the request. Each one is one Workflow request, reminders included. Uploads through a link you share and follow up on yourself never count.
The allowance covers any 30-day period, so size it for your busiest month. For example, emailing 80 clients in the same month needs Team (200). Spread over two months, Pro (75) is enough.
How many upload pages can I create?
Lite includes 10 active upload pages and Pro includes 25. Team and Enterprise have no page limit. Only active pages count towards the limit, so you can archive pages you no longer use to free up a slot without losing their submissions.
How much storage is included?
10 GB for Lite, 50 GB for Pro and Team, and 100 GB for Enterprise. We only count files stored in our servers. Files synced with your Cloud Storage and deleted from FRP do not count towards your storage usage.
You will receive notifications when you use 70% and 90% of the included storage.
Is it possible not to store files in FRP Servers?
Yes. You can choose to automatically delete files from our servers once your file is already uploaded to your Cloud account (Google Drive, Sharepoint or Dropbox).
Enable this option in your page settings.
What is the data retention policy?
Your files will be deleted 30 days after cancelling your account or when you use the account deletion feature.
What if I forget to cancel?
Please get in touch with us. As long as you have not been using the service excessively, we are happy to refund your most recent billing period.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No.
Are there any setup fees or hidden fees?
No and no.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
In some European countries, and in the US, we also accept other bank debit payment methods for annual plan purchases.
Is my information secure?
Yes, we take your security very seriously. All the measures we take are available on the security page.
Can I route each upload to a subfolder?
Yes. You can add a form field and use it as your subfolder name.
How much information is 1 GB?
As a rule of thumb, 1 GB is approximately: 600 photos, 5000 documents/PDFs, 30 minutes of video, or 10 hours of audio.
What happens if I run out of data transfer?
You will receive an email notification at 90% capacity, so you can upgrade your plan.
Do people sending me files need an account?
No. All they need is a web browser and an Internet connection.
