What counts as a Workflow request? One collection created for one recipient counts as one request. Requesting documents from 10 people uses 10 Workflow requests; reminder emails do not count as extra requests. The allowance counts requests created during the preceding month.

File Request Pro allows us to send our clients a link to upload their documents and creates a folder with their name in our Google Drive. Very simple, clean, and efficient. Works better than when I was using Citrix ShareFile instead of Drive at a fraction of the cost.

Is this worth it for a one-off upload?
If you only need an occasional file, a basic upload link may be enough. File Request Pro is built for regular collection—when organizing uploads and following up becomes part of the job.
How many files can I receive?
There is no file-count limit for submissions through a reusable Upload Page, whether you share the link or embed it on your website. Your plan’s per-file size, storage and bandwidth limits still apply. The maximum size per file is 1 GB on Lite, 5 GB on Pro and Team, and 10 GB on Enterprise.
How much storage is included?
10 GB for Lite, 50 GB for Pro and Team, and 100 GB for Enterprise. We only count files stored in our servers. Files synced with your Cloud Storage and deleted from FRP do not count towards your storage usage.
You will receive notifications when you use 70% and 90% of the included storage.
Is it possible not to store files in FRP Servers?
Yes. You can choose to automatically delete files from our servers once your file is already uploaded to your Cloud account (Google Drive, Sharepoint or Dropbox).
Enable this option in your page settings.
What is the data retention policy?
Your files will be deleted 30 days after cancelling your account or when you use the account deletion feature.
What if I forget to cancel?
Please get in touch with us. As long as you have not been using the service excessively, we are happy to refund your most recent billing period.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No.
Are there any setup fees or hidden fees?
No and no.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
In some European countries, and in the US, we also accept other bank debit payment methods for annual plan purchases.
Will prices rise in the future?
The price you sign up for now will be the price you pay until you decide to cancel your account. We never increase prices for existing customers.
Is my information secure?
Yes, we take your security very seriously. All the measures we take are available on the security page.
Can I route each upload to a subfolder?
Yes. You can add a form field and use it as your subfolder name.
How much information is 1 GB?
As a rule of thumb, 1 GB is approximately: 600 photos, 5000 documents/PDFs, 30 minutes of video, or 10 hours of audio.
What happens if I run out of data transfer?
You will receive an email notification at 90% capacity, so you can upgrade your plan.
Do people sending me files need an account?
No. All they need is a web browser and an Internet connection.
