No duplicate emails. The same request sent twice in 10 minutes returns the first one, and an assistant won't remind a client who was emailed in the last 24 hours, including by your scheduled reminders.
No deletions. Assistants can't delete pages, submissions or files, or change your settings.
You approve every connection. Sign in, see which app is asking, approve. Disconnect it any time in Settings.
On the record. On plans with the activity history, downloads and file reviews appear there as "you via Claude", next to your team's own actions.
