You can connect File Request Pro to an AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), such as Claude or ChatGPT. This section explains how data is handled when you do. It supplements the Privacy Policy above.

What the connection can access. After you sign in and approve an assistant, it can read the pages, Workflow requests, submissions, form answers, file details and temporary download links of the team you have selected. It can create and update requests, send reminder emails, accept or reject files and duplicate pages, acting as you. It cannot delete data or change settings.

Where your data goes. Data an assistant retrieves is sent to the AI provider you chose to connect and is handled under that provider's terms and privacy policy. File Request Pro does not otherwise send your data to AI providers, and does not use your data to train AI models.

What we store. We keep the OAuth tokens that authorize the connection, and a log of each tool call: which tool, which assistant, whether it succeeded, and how long it took. The log contains no arguments, answers, file contents or client details. On plans that include the activity history, file downloads and reviews made through an assistant are recorded there, like any other.

Retention. The tool-call log is deleted after 90 days. Access tokens expire after one hour and refresh tokens after 30 days of inactivity. Disconnecting an assistant revokes its tokens immediately. Your account data is kept and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy above.
